The World Fitness Project (WFP) is a professional competitive fitness league dedicated to empowering athletes of all levels — providing a global platform to compete, grow, and thrive in the sport of fitness.
Founded on the guiding motto "For Athletes, By Athletes," WFP was co-founded by former CrossFit Games athlete Will Moorad alongside Isabella and Jackson Terry. The organization prioritizes people over profit, integrity over shortcuts, and genuine achievement over empty recognition — offering both elite professionals and everyday competitors a structured, premium pathway in the sport.
WFP operates on a Tour Stop format, featuring over 500 competitors per event across multiple divisions. The Pro Division includes 20 signed male and 20 signed female athletes who compete for points, rankings, and a season-long prize purse. The Challenger Division allows up-and-coming athletes to qualify through online events and compete alongside pros for coveted Pro Cards. The Competitive Field opens the sport further with age group, skill level, and team divisions — making WFP one of the most inclusive elite fitness competitions in the world.
WFP's signature hybrid competition, Project 1, blends running, rowing, biking, and skiing with functional fitness stations, testing every dimension of an athlete's physical capability. The league also supports affiliate gyms through the Fitness Project app and Rec League, building a comprehensive grassroots-to-pro ecosystem. Events are livestreamed free at worldfitnessproject.com and on WFP's YouTube channel with multi-language support, bringing the competition to a growing global fanbase. The 2026 World Fitness Finals are held at Bella Arena in Copenhagen, Denmark.
